If you have spent any time here over the past year you have probably heard me talk about the #1800MinuteChallenge from time to time. I started this baby awhile back and because it was such a huge success it's been back a few times since! With the turn of Fall it's easy to get sucked in to all of the tailgate food, time on the couch watching football and of course - caramel apple spice's from Starbucks. In order to stay motivated I thought it was time for another 1800 Minute Challenge! In the months of September and October I (along with almost 500 others) are dedicating ourselves to working out 1800 minutes! I love that it doesn't matter how you get your minutes - cardio, strength training, playing sports with your kids, workout videos, classes, etc. As long as you are moving it counts!

This time around I have teamed up with the fabulous Jessica of Glisten Fit to co-host with me.

I am obsessed with Jessica and her workout inspiration - her IG account is full of free workout videos and all sorts of other handy stuff. She also recently released an e-book that has a 28 day workout challenge, meal plan and lots of great advice for looking and feeling your best.
