Must-Have Mondays: Relaxation Edition

Welp, another Monday is upon us (actually that is a lie, it is Sunday night and I am prematurely writing this post). Writing this genius takes some planning ya know? Kiiiiidddding.
 It has been a wonderful, crazy, busy weekend and I am exhausted (more on the exciting events of my weekend later please). With my exhaustion brings stupidity. I am hoping & praying that somehow this post will have as few typos as possible and will actually make a lick of sense to you audience. Like how I just said lick of sense? I do too. My dad taught me that saying I think.
 Oh speaking of, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDIO 🙂
Eeeeek, iamofficiallyrambling. 
Okay, sorry-back to the reason for this post..Must-Have Mondays.
In recognition of my exhaustion, I am dedicating this threesome of Must-Haves to relaxation necessities. These three things will do just the trick to get me back in tip top shape.
Here we go…
1. BeautiControl Detoxifying Bath Soak. Or as I like to call it, “the instant make me fall asleeper.”
No, asleeper is not a typo. This stuff is uuuuh-mazing. I almost feel like I can’t even type how excited it makes me. First off, the smell is exactly what Spa Heaven would smell like. Just a few drops in the tub and the whole back portion of our house is filled with the amazing aroma. I think it has something to do with the Mentha Viridis & Mentha Piperita that is in it. That would be Spearmint & Peppermint for those of you who are unfamiliar with the correct terms. Don’t feel bad, I looked it up on the ingredient list.
Secondly, it supposedly detoxes your skin ridding your body of all those nasty little toxins it has.
Thirdly, as I mentioned-it instantly puts me to sleep (exactly like wine does, only this doesn’t have the sugar). Instant relaxer without the calories? Sign me up.
One word of advice (okay two)-A little goes a long way. Too much and you might get tingly sensations in certain areas if you catch my drift. This word of advice was passed on from a friend so you can thank her for that. Unless of course you like tingly sensations, squirt away.
K, this might’ve just got weird. Uuuh..moving on.
Second word of advice, it’s a little pricey so before you go ordering multiples, be aware of the cost.
 I might’ve learned this lesson the hard way. Totally worth it though, seriously.
2. Bath & Body Works Lavender Pillow Mist. This stuff also works wonders for getting me to sleep in point zero seconds flat. I don’t think this item needs a ton of reasons why it is one of my favorites. To sum it up quickly-Lavender is one of (if not my all-time) fav. scents. Combine that scent into a spray for my pillows & sheets and I am sold. Spray a few sprays, cuddle your face into pillow, and escape off into lavender wonderland.
I am having a hard time staying awake after just writing about this.
Lets hope I can get to number three…
3. Cucumber Water. You read correctly-cucumbers in your water. This may sound strange but believe you me, your taste buds will not be sorry you tried it. It is hands down the most refreshing drink you can put in your mouth. Pretty sure its impossible to drink this and not instantly feel like you are gowned in a fancy cuddly bath robe, laying on a chaise lounge chair in the waiting area of your favorite spa, preparing for your 1 hr full body massage. That’s how good it is.
K, time for me to wander off & go use some of these fabulous Must-Haves.
If you don’t hear from me tomorrow, I am still sleeping.
Real quick though, I have good news-All of these items told me they would love to find their way into your household. Please help them get there, they would love to help you relax 🙂
